The wars are over for the year. The fighters are returning home after hard
fought battles. Now is the time to celebrate with festivities. Come one,
come all to the Barony of Stierbach Holiday Faire where shopping is the main
activity of the day. There will be merchants aplenty to satisfy the needs of
all. As at previous Holiday Faires, there will be lots of merchants to fill
the hall to bursting. This is the event of the year to come out and find
those precious items that you cannot live without. As in previous years, the
quality and quantity of merchants will keep you shopping all day long.

Marshal Activities: There will be heavy fighting, rapier, thrown weapons,
and target archery for those to fill their time while others are shopping.

Feast Information: Beinets and coffee will be available for sale from The
Taste of Creole (once again) to start the morning off. There will also be a
simple lunch served at a nominal cost. There will be no evening feast at
this event.

Other Information: There will be a silent auction of many varied items. The
proceeds to go the coffers of the Barony of Stierbach.

Arts and Sciences Activities: 'Bags and Baskets' competition? The object
should be something that you would use to carry stuff in. Either belt
pouches, pouches, packs--even chests created in fabric arts, leather,
weaving, wood, etc. After all, you need something to carry your money in,
and later on you need something to carry your purchases home in!
