Greeting All,

  It with great pride and happiness that I announce that Belphoebe and
Marcellus will be our next Baron and Baroness.  His Majesty has informed all
the candidates and would like to thank all of you for your advice in this
selection.  I would also like to thank all our candidates for their tireless
