Subject: Cooking competition at Crown Tourney

Greetings Fellow Cooks!

At Kingdom Arts & Sciences Festival I was honored to be selected as
Royal Baker for the upcoming year. It is my hope to help inspire and
promote the study and practice of period cooking arts. To this end I
hope to be sponsoring several competitions. The first of which will be
at the upcoming Crown Tourney in May. (More information on that below).
I welcome your suggestions for competitions to be held at other Kingdom
events.

I also would like to help promote any competitions your groups may be
organizing at your own events. So if you have something coming up,
please let me know and I will help spread the word.

Another mission that I have been charged with is revising the judging
sheets. I have several ideas which I'll be testing out, but I would
like any input you might have as well.

The following competition has been added to the agenda for the upcoming
Crown Tournament in May. Please pass the information on to your
members.

There will be a cooking competition to take place
at Their Majesties' Crown Tourney in May. The theme will be
"Flowers". Entries should either incorporate flowers/flower products or
be made to resemble them. Entries must be edible and documentation
should include an ingredients list. Interested cooks may visit
http://www.geocities.com/ladysveva/RoyalBakerCompetitions.html or
contact me at either ladysveva at yahoo.com or (919) 471-6104 (No calls
after 10 PM please).

Thank you,
Signora Sveva Lucciola
Royal Baker

"If the world were merely seductive, that would be easy.
If it were merely challenging, that would be no problem.
But I arise in the morning torn between the desire to improve the world,
and a desire to enjoy the world.
This makes it hard to plan the day."
