Thanks!  I'm sure you know of someone, trustworthy, who could use a few
extra dollars?  My old boss needs some renovation work done in her basement
to make it into a small apt for her.  She was quoted 15K, plus ANOTHER 15K
for a door to be cut into an outside wall for a separate entrance.

I'm sure there is someone you know who needs a few extra dollars and does
basic rough framing and floating sheet rock on the side.  I would, but I
live in Stafford, and she lives in DC!
