[Ponte Alto] demo help needed

"ping" me after the new year.  I'm not going to 12th night (since we're
going to 12th night the week before in Drachenwald.  Sorry..but I LOVE
saying that).

 

I'm too flustered with everything else right now to be able to make plans
and commit to things after our return, but I can't see why I wouldn't be
able to help on the 10th.

Subject: [Ponte Alto] demo help needed

 

I've been asked to put on a small demo for my church's Epiphany dinner on
January 10.   If anyone's not going to Kingdom 12th night, and would like to
help out, I would really appreciate it.  It's only for 1-1.5 hours (plus
setup), and what I need are:

Musicians

Other entertainment (dancers?  Storytellers?)

Folks in garb to help serve

A volunteer or two for a "dress/whack the knight" (white belt not required)
activity for the kids

Other ideas for kids activities

An A&S display with folks to talk about what's there

Help in the kitchen that afternoon
