Besides, I didn't think you were allowed to do both for the same event...though I could be wrong.

As a matter of fact, that's a smashing idea.  The more 
marshalls the better so those who want to fight, can.  I 
may very well seek someone else instead of me to MiC this 
practice so that I can actually lead the baronial troops in 
armor myself.
