Thanks for asking me about it.  I agree about the garb sewing time... but 
this seems to be the last event before Pennsic, and the date also conflicts 
with some activity that Belphoebe is planning.  

I'll just host it the following Saturday.  As a matter of fact, I'll try to 
put that up on the email right away.

Is there anything glaringly missing from the gathering, that your volunteers 
are not bringing, where I can fill the gap?
