[Ponte Alto] University bid

Greetings!

    I just wanted to let folks know that we did not put in a bid for
University due to site expense.  We will try to work with Oakton High
further to come to an agreement possibly for the Feb. 2003 University.  The
Chancellor agrees that February may be a better time to have University in
this area again.
