Greetings unto Atlantia!<BR>
<BR>
At the Fall Crown Tourney, under the auspices of the Tempore Atlantia, <BR>
<BR>
Highlighted time period: CE 1493-1600 <BR>
<BR>
There will also be two (2) baking competitions sponsored by the Royal Baker,<BR>
Master Tirloch of Tallaght. One competition is for the adult bakers and the<BR>
second competition is for the children/teenagers of Atlantia.<BR>
<BR>
Two categories of foods are required: <BR>
1) a bread appropriate to the holiday season;<BR>
2) an edible dessert subtlety to reflect the autumn season. <BR>
<BR>
Besides having a taste of each available for the judges, please be<BR>
prepared to reserve a set of your entries for presentation during the<BR>
evening feast. <BR>
<BR>
Documentation is required to score well in any of the competitions. Period<BR>
versions of the recipes you use are required. If you use your own<BR>
redactions, you should document why substitutions were done. <BR>
