<P>I totall y understand - I had eathlink for 2 years, and right around Christmas it really started to nose-dive. I'd go 12-18 hours without mail (which isn't possible,considering all the lists I"m subbed to1), customer service claimed there was nothing wrong at their end, (insinuating that it MUST be user error), and that I should check to see if any of my 'missing mail' bounced back to the senders.</P>
<P>So I dumped them, and am now using Comcast. The cable modem's great, downlaods take next to no time, and I can talk on the phone a write emails or surf ebay, all at the same time.</P>
<P>It's well worth the extra $18.00/month, IMHO.</P>
