Spam solicitations have been sent out urging Netizens to donate money to the Red Cross or other relief organizations. But the e-mails direct potential donors to private Web sites apparently designed to steal credit card numbers.</FONT><FONT COLOR="#000000" SIZE=3 FAMILY="SERIF" FACE="TIMES NEW ROMAN" LANG="0">
