<BR>overwhelmed with communiques over the next few weeks, you should still add 

<BR>your voice to what should be the United State's *only* response to these 

<BR>assaults on domestic soil.  These are not mere "acts of terrorism," they are 

<BR>acts of war.  And a declaration of war should be the United States only 

<BR>response.

<BR>

<BR>We know the nations where these terrorists live and we know that they are 

<BR>fully supported by their governments and people.  As such, they *all* share 

<BR>in the responsibility, and therefore the ramifications, of these attacks.

<BR>

<BR>It is wholly insufficient to merely pursue the literal perpetrators of these 

<BR>acts that the President mistakenly decries as "cowards."  These are not 

<BR>faceless cowards, but highly intelligent, highly trained, and dedicated 

<BR>soldiers who have carried out a precision assault on our Nation.

<BR>

<BR>Do not trivialize what has occurred to day.  America will never be the same 

<BR>if we do not quickly and decisively strike out against any and all 

<BR>terrorist-friendly nations.
