<BR>If you want one for SCA use, then what you want is a bleted plaid. Get some
<BR>material, preferably wool (about a 10oz weight if you want to use it for
<BR>summer wear), 55 or 60 inches wide and 4 to 5 yards in length. Tartan is
<BR>most common, solid is ok. Make sure the tartan is woven in, not a print
<BR>(shudder).
