<BR>No, the CoH is not out to dictate what is and is not true red, true blue,
<BR>true green, etc. Such would be impossible. Who is to say that PM-4 today
<BR>will look like what PM-4 will 10 years from now? Your red can be scarlet,
<BR>crimson, or any other hue of red as long as it is the same throughout. It
<BR>cannot be pink, orange, etc. All the CoH wishes to prevent is the change
<BR>from one color to another due to poor coloring mediums.
