<BR>Anyway, you are partially correct.  The blue you use on your submission forms 

<BR>should be recognizably blue.  It shouldn't stray too far from the blue 

<BR>spectrum.  Think about what color a kindergardener would point to if you said 

<BR>"blue."  But the CoH would never, and could never, say "This is the only 

<BR>shade of blue that is acceptable" just because of the infinite variations 

<BR>involved.  Your blue need not match my blue, and neither has to match Lord 

<BR>Stickjock's blue.  But all of them should be a very recognizable blue.
