Yes, preparing your device on your computer, and then printing off color 
copies is easy.  But really, the amount of coloring to do by hand on the 
forms to submit to Golden Dolphin is minimal, and if you aren't inclined to 
want to color your own device in 3 or 4 times, then how likely are you to put 
that same device on things later, such as banners, mugs, chests, scrolls, 
tabards, etc?  The whole point of having heraldry is so you can use and 
display it.

Before submitting, I usually tell people to draw out their device about 10 or 
15 times, and if they still are not sick of it, then they should register it.
