time had come to change the Baronage of the Bright Hills.

<BR>Their Majesties received from Baron Temur the Kerait and Baroness Ekaterina 

<BR>Vladimirovna the coronets of the Barony of the Bright Hills.  It was then the 

<BR>pleasure of Their Majesties to elevate Temur and Ekaterina to the estate of 

Court Baron and Court Baroness.

<BR>

<BR>Their Majesties then called forward Master Tristan Alexander, who accepted 

the charge of Baron of the Bright Hills.

<BR>

<BR>Their Majesties received Master Chan Kyle of Clan Kyle and Baroness Belanna 

<BR>d'Rouge with an embassage from King Hanse and Queen Olivia of the East, words 

and gifts of friendship.
