to play simply required that an individual be a paid member of the sca and
have a waiver on file with milpitas. regardless of anything else that
may occur, you must sign a waiver to participate in ANY combat related
activity. if you are a member AND you have a waiver on file you will
have a blue card and may participate in combat related activity (if you are
qualified to do so of course). if you are not a member or are one and
dont have a waiver on file you will have to sign a site waiver.
