<P>Greetings,</P>
<P>I have concerns as well about the use of space heaters within mundane tents, as I have been looking to acquire one for the same use. Has anyone on the list had any experience with the new "Black Cat" heaters that Coleman has produced. They bill the heater as being safe to use within mundane tents. Any observations on this would be appreciated before I go out and purchase one.</P>

<DIV></DIV>>Condolences as well, but please note, that the article stated mundane tent.
<DIV></DIV>>Such tents do not have the breathability of canvas pavilions and they do come
<DIV></DIV>>with warnings not to use such devices. If one must be used, proper
<DIV></DIV>>ventilation must be supplied. That means opening the windows a bit to let any
<DIV></DIV>>gases out. Unfortunately, most people don't think about that, assuming that
<DIV></DIV>>the nylon walls will breathe. As a result, trajedy has occurred. It's a shame
<DIV></DIV>>it takes a death to get people to think about safety.
