Greetings to all!!

I have received a forwarded email that I am concerned with about my event.
At that meeting last night, I did state that there MAY be a problem with the
water on site at Ymir.  This is NOT a final word.  I am not expecting to
know until the day before the event.  This has nothing to the contract or
anything else, but is only dependant on the weather for next weekend.  This
has been the camp's policy for years and is only in effect to keep the pipes
from busting.  According to the weather channel online for next weekend, it
will be 48 degrees as a high so it is very likely that the water will not be
an issue.

I believe that the email which was posted to the keep earlier this morning
is premature and should be disregarded at this point.  If anyone is aware
that it was posted to the Merry-Rose as well, please inform me as soon as
possible.
