[MR] Oak meeting NOT happening at Unevent

Fair Atlantia,
The Unevent schedule included a slot for The Oak, Atlantia's A&S
Newsletter, to have a meeting, but the folks involved decided it's not
needed. Oak Q&A can be included in the MOAS meeting and office hour.  We're
leaning towards the "that meeting could have been an email" strategy. ;)
