[MR] Crown Updates - Follow along

Thanks to those who encouraged me and gave me input and help. I have added
an updates page to the Crown website, that I'm going to try to keep updated
during crown.

Please remember this is an experiment. I don't know what the signal will be
like on site. (I'm not there now. I'm in a hotel).
