[MR] Spring Crown Schedule - May 2024

Since attachments are not allowed on this list, here is the May Crown Tourney schedule in text. 

Schedule
(All times subject to change!!!)
Friday, 3 May
4:00 p.m. Troll opens.
Field setup and hall decoration begin.
7:00 p.m. Soup Social begins in hall.
9:00 p.m. Soup service ends; socializing may continue.
11:00 p.m. Troll closes for night.
Saturday, 4 May
7:00 a.m. Continental Breakfast (pastries, cereal, hot drinks)
begins in hall.
8:00 a.m. Troll re-opens.
8:30 a.m. List table opens. (All combatants AND consorts
must sign in.) No authorizations!!!!
9:00 a.m. Arts & Sciences, children’s activities and
scavenger hunt begin.
10:30 a.m. Crown Tourney procession begins on Main Field.
After
Procession
All combatants draw lots to determine field
assignment for Round Robin bouts and
immediately go to the MoL table for that field.
11:30 a.m. Fighting begins as soon as Round Robin draws
are complete.
Populace hospitality open at royal pavilion.
12:30 p.m. Queen’s luncheon (royalty, baronage, royal
retinue) in Main Hall.
TBD Fightin intermission after Round Robins to
restructure the fighting field for separate fields for
double elimination portion of Crown Tourney
and Field of Roses Tourney.
3:00 p.m. Troll closes.
Arts and Sciences, children’s activities and
scavenger hunt all end.
4: 00p.m. Evening court. (Time subject to delay depending
on progress of Crown Tourney.)
5 :30 p.m. Feast served in the Main Hall.
7:00 p.m. Field break down/clean up of hall begins.
Sunday, 5 May
Noon Site closes. Cabins clean. All campers off site.
