[MR] War of the Wings Field Courts

Greetings does Dame Alexandria Wright, Finsterwald send to the Populace of
Atlantia:
Would those who heralded field courts at this past years War of the Wings
contact me.  I have not received any of these court reports and have heard
there were several in which Shark's Tooths were awarded.  In order to
properly record them into the OP I need to be put in touch with those who
heralded the courts.  As these awards can come up day of and in quick order
it is often possible the Court Secretary is not aware of them so they are
not already in their records.  Any help in getting this information for
both the Order of Precedence and Their Majesties records would be greatly
appreciated.
