Noble Friends,

Today the BBC is reporting on a discovery that may shed light on the
perpetrators who murdered the famous princes in the Tower of London.

The rightful King of England was the 12-year-old Edward V, who with his
9-year-old brother Richard of Shrewsbury, Duke of York was taken to the
Tower of London for their "safety" on the orders of Richard, Duke of
Gloucester in 1483. The two boys quietly disappeared, and many believe they
were murdered on Gloucester's orders. He later proclaimed himself Richard
III.

The new evidence comes from the will of Margaret Capel, sister-in-law to
Sir James Tyrell, one of Richard's henchmen. The will mentions a gold chain
which is claimed to have belonged to young Edward. It has long been
believed by some historians that Tyrell, acting on Gloucester's orders, had
the two boys offed by a pair of his paid thugs.

The BBC story is at https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c3vrxe91epro .

BBC will be broadcasting a documentary on the will and chain, PRINCES IN
THE TOWER, A DAMNING DISCOVERY tonight. A rebroadcast on US television is
certain to follow soon.

The chain story follows another BBC piece from 18 November that I missed
while busy with other projects. Based on the forensic reconstruction of
Richard III's head several years ago, scientists created a virtual avatar
of the very late king. When it came to giving him a voice, they logically
chose to have him speak with a Yorkshire accent.

To hear the virtual Richard recite lines from the Bard's play, go to
