[MR] Kingdom Seneschal successor May 2022

[Atlantian Seneschal]

Good afternoon,

Their Majesties and I, with the approval of the Society Seneschal have
selected our next Kingdom Seneschal.

Please welcome Master Cian mac Cellachain as my successor. I am pleased to
turn over the office to such capable hands. We plan for Master Cian to step
up as Kingdom Seneschal the evening of Crown Tournament on May 7, 2022.
