[MR] New group - Ursus Bay

Good morning,

It is with great pleasure that I announce that the members in the New Bern
area of North Carolina (zip codes:  28513 / 28532 / 28560 / 28562) have
voted to form an official new group. They will be sponsored by the Shire of
Seareach and will be submitting paperwork with the Seneschal's office to
create an incipient Shire tentatively named Ursus Bay.

Congratulations to all of you for your patience, perseverance, and hard
