[MR] New Covid guidelines for Kingdom Effective Sept 13, 2021

Good morning Atlantia,

The Kingdom continues to monitor the Covid-19 situation across our lands.
Working with Their Majesties Eckehard and Jane and the Great Officers of
State I have updated the Covid guidelines. They are posted on the Kingdom
Website at https://atlantia.sca.org/.

There have been changes to the guidelines addressing food and drink and
reinstating mask restrictions. If you have questions or concerns please ask
your Seneschal or the Kingdom Seneschal office.

We will continue to assess the pandemic environment and make changes going
forward as needed, to relax or tighten existing restrictions as the
situation allows. No matter what safety precautions we put in place, there
is no substitute for each individual being educated about the risk to
themselves and their loved ones, and making responsible choices to protect
themselves and others from this virus.
