[MR] Class proposals due today, 8/17, for Fall University ONLINE

Class proposals are due today, August 17th for the Fall online session of
the University of Atlantia.  We're adding a second day this session, so
spots are available for either Saturday or Sunday of the event, September
18th and 19th.  Be sure to submit before midnight!   The University website
