[MR] University of Atlantia Credits for Online Classes AFTER June 1

On March 18 the University of Atlantia announced a variance to allow class
credits for online classes until June 1 for classes taught by an Atlantian
instructor, via the Honorable Clover, or the SCA Virtual Classroom Facebook
groups.

The University staff recently had a conversation regarding granting credits
for online classes after May 31. To be more fully collaborative with
Virtual Atlantia, encourage more contributions and use of this resource,
and reduce the overall number of places where classes may originate making
tracking or data more difficult, *beginning on June 1 we will grant
University credit ONLY for classes taken that are listed on the Virtual
Atlantia calendar*.

When we made the decision to grant credits back in March Virtual Atlantia
did not yet exist. So, this works better in the now available online
resource environment.

Please complete the form as completely and accurately as possible. If we
have incorrect / incomplete class info to work from, it may keep us from
being able to grant credit.
