Thank Lady Sarah Sinclair for noticing this story. I completely missed same.

Yesterday the BBC presented a brief video, "How London's Beefeaters are
Coping with the Lockdown":

Well, the don't have much to do with out tourists, but they are still on
duty marching around the Tower of London and hoping that tourists will
return soon. And then there are the ravens to be taken care of.

While this story is modern, the Tower is not, since the main keep was built
by William the Conqueror almost as soon as he got his mailed butt on the
English throne. The Yeoman Warders, popularly known as "Beefeaters"
themselves date to 1485 during the reign of Henry VII. Today they number
37, all retired senior enlisted members of Great Britain's armed forces.
Although they have ranks, they are really civil servants now. This has to
be one of the coolest jobs in the world.
