> Unto The Populace Of Atlantia does Lady Rebekkah Samuel, deputy autocrat for the Barony of Bright Hills’ upcoming birthday celebration, send greetings. The celebration of our birthday also serves to determine our next baronial champions for Arts & Sciences, Bardic, and Brewing. Our new Baron and Baroness, Godai Katsunaga and Wanda Ostojowna, lay down this challenge:

> “The Baron and Baroness of Bright Hills will be sponsoring an Arts and
> Science, a Brewing and a Bardic competition at Bright Hills Baronial
> birthday.  The intent is to select new Champions for the coming year. 
> The theme for all competitions will be Mythical Beasts. Gifts will be
> provided by the Baron and Baroness to the competitors.”
