[MR] Water battle at ruby joust

The most important muster at ruby joust for the kids , the water battle,
will happen about noonish at ruby joust.

Please mark your guns with sharpie marker so we know who's is who's at the
end. For example ours are marked WH N-31 so that they get returned to
windmasters on n-31 at pennsic.

We will be doing water balloons with this water battle. Help preparing the
balloons before the battle would be appreciated
