[MR] Lunch for Summer University

Just a reminder that there will be a* Middle Eastern style buffet lunch
held at Summer University on June 15th for the $7.00.* *All profits will
benefit the University program.*

Lunch is primarily by pre-registration with the deadline of 8pm on June
11th. All servingware will be provided on site for your convenience.

If you are interested in signing up for lunch, *please email
LadyKim.of.Wolfshaven at gmail.com <LadyKim.of.Wolfshaven at gmail.com> with your
SCA name, mundane name and number of lunches you want to reserve.*

There will be a number of lunches available on a first-come, first-serve
basis on that day for those who might have been unable to pre-register by
the deadline.

The menu consists of the following:

Beef & Pork Kofta/Kefta: GF - requests taken for this made with just beef

Grilled Mediterranean Chicken: GF

Rice Pilaf: GF

Cheese Sambousek/Samosa: V

Hummus: GF, V

Pita

Various Dried Fruit: GF

Sambali (Turkish Semolina Cake made without Eggs or Oil): GF - requests
taken for big-time version

Beverages: various sekanjabins and hot/cold water

GF: Gluten Free

V: Vegetarian

** Various other desserts or baked goods may also be available for
purchase. All profits to also benefit the University program.
