Good gentles,

There are fires smoking in the southern region of our fine Kingdom as a number of our cooks gather to test their outdoor cooking mettle.  Research, execution, and presentation will be judged using a cooking single dish criteria from the pentathlon judging book.  Participant efforts will be for naught if there is not one to sample what they offer.  I am coordinating this competition and find myself short judges for this premier event in the south.  Ideally, judge candidates are cooks (of indoor or outdoor variety) who have researched and recreated period food.
