[MR] Kumihimo pattern for Atlantia ?

Someone kindly gave me the Kumihimo pattern to be made in Atlantia's colors
for Kingdom award medallions. It uses DMC pearl cotton size 5 in blue,
white, and yellow. The little scrap of paper I had the pattern on has gone
missing and I forgot who gave me the pattern in the first place. Can anyone
send me the pattern? I'd like to make some cords to donate.
