Greetings,

Just a reminder that University is currently accepting class proposals for
Summer Session 93 being hosted by House Corvus in Boonville, NC on June 11,
2016. If you are sending in your proposal for a track, please send to me as
listed below and include in the Special Requirements what track your class
is for to avoid confusion.

This will be an outdoor university setting where instructors can showcase
not only traditional university classes, but also arts and sciences that
are not traditionally allowed in a school or church setting (ie: metal
working, outdoor cooking, beadwork, archery, thrown and siege weapons,
brewing) as well as large field settings for melee and a variety of martial
classes.

Also remember that evening classes are being requested as well that do best
in the dark. We are going to attempt adding those classes this session.

If you are interested in teaching a class, organizing a track of classes,
or have an idea for a class but don't know who to turn to, please view
http://university.atlantia.sca.org/teach.php or send a note to me at
university at atlantia.sca.org.

I ask that you please send me your class proposal information, either
through the via email, April 20th for track proposals and April 27th for
individual class proposals .

Please include the following information:
- Instructor name (SCA and modern)
- Class title
- Fees (if any)
- Max number of students (the default maximum is 25)
- Duration of class (1 hour, 2 hours, or more)
- Class description
- Any special requests including equipment or space requirements for the
class, as well as any conflicts. This includes equipment the instructor
would need from the site. E.g.: projector, sturdy tables, etc. Equipment is
not necessarily available, but it can't hurt to ask. Due to the nature of
the outdoor setting specific requests are encouraged to ensure your class
can work the way you'd like, if we can accommodate.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Thank you for for supporting Atlantia's University

In service,
Lady Lisette la Roux
University Chancellor
