[MR] Guardian: Skeletons Found at Westminster

I have heard of churches placing alters over graves to consecrate the dead and grant them everlasting prayers. What does it mean when they place a toilet over a grave?  :)

Lady Sophia sent me this interesting link to a story in the MANCHESTER 
WORLD GUARDIAN about medieval skeletons found during renovations at 
Westminster Abbey. Seems they are tearing out a toilet block to build a 
new stairway tower to the upper parts of the church that are going to be
