[MR] BBC: Viking Coin Hoard from Wales

Noble Friends, Especially our Vikings and Welsh,

Today the BBC reports that a hoard of Viking silver coins and ingots 
found in Wales have been declared "treasure". Treasure is a legal 
definition that triggers certain protections, and interestingly, is done
