[MR] New Kingdom Warlord

We consulted with Our War College and the various group commanders that
fought with Atlantia's most excellent army at Pennsic and their unanimous
recommendation to fill the position of Atlantia's warlord was Sir Roussel
Tavernier.  Sir Roussel had been working with Duke Cuan, Our warlord for the
war, as co-commander and did an excellent job.  He is greatly looking
forward to this new challenge.  Her Majesty and I also consulted with Their
Highnesses and They have expressed Their support and trust in Sir Roussel.
