Noble Friends,
BBC reports on the discovery of a medieval liturgy for reburial services which had been unnoticed for years in the British Library: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-24643787 . This has great importance for Richard III's possible service, and is something he would have been familiar with from a reburial of his own father. The article goes on to discuss medieval reburials in general, and their significance to upwardly-mobile families in what the article describes as "posthumous social climbing". This is a very interesting piece, and well worth reading.
Yours Aye,
Lord Mungo Napier, The Archer of Mallard Lodge
