[MR] Open Tavern at Ruby Joust

Greetings unto the list,

The Company of St. Arnulf, an informal collection of people from
southern Atlantia who like to use brewing to coax people out of their
encampments to mingle in the evening, will be running our tavern at
Ruby Joust this weekend and wish to invite everyone interested to come
join us for a pint. The tavern will operate out of the Windmaster's
Hill dayshade on Saturday night, and will have a selection of
beverages on offer. All are welcome to come and socialize; for those
not of age there will also be a non-alcoholic keg present.
