[MR] Court herald needed for Ruby Joust

Unto glorious Atlantia, Greetings.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we find ourselves in need of a herald for
royal court at Ruby Joust. If you are willing to herald Royal Court for
their Majesties, please contact me off-list at

very easy to herald for, very friendly, and a lot of fun to be around!
