Greetings to Atlantia from the autocrat of Spring Crown Tournament! I finally have enough re-generated brain cells to actually post my thank you's for this event. As is often said, events like this are never done by one person. In this case, it is very, very true. I had a wonderful staff of hard workers who did everything asked of them and more. I would ask for a moment of your time to thank them here: First and foremost, thank You Your Majesties for giving us the honor of presenting Your Spring Crown Tournament. I hope You enjoyed Yourselves as much as we did. I would thank the members of the Barony who stepped up and did the impossible. I would name you all but I would somehow leave someone out and that I cannot do. You know who you are and you know that I love you all. We worked hard, we had fun, we laughed, we cried a little (I cried a lot) but when we did, there was someone there to hug and laugh with again. That says a lot about a group when we can all work our butts off and the next day get up and cheerfully do more. I am humbled by your support and will forever be your best cheerleader! To the members of HMS Blackbird: Thank you for the consort's breakfast ( yum...savory toasted cheese...) . I received so many remarks about the wonderful food and drink. To Master Robear for your friendship and guidance. You always make me laugh when I most need it. To my loving husband who knows when to just keep quiet and let me work out the issues. You are my rock and guiding light. After 32 years together, I am always amazed. Finally, to all of those who took a moment to talk with me, encourage me, hug me and support me. I continue to be fascinated by a game that brings total strangers together and makes them into lasting friends. It's more than a historical re-enactment society that we are a part of. It is, in truth, a support group of friends bonded by something much deeper than a game. I am honored to be a part of it. Yours in Service and most importantly, friendship,Baroness Katharine de la VacheAutocratPROUD MEMBER OF THE BEST BARONY ANYWHERE!! RAVEN'S COVE
