Noble Friends,
Today BBC offered a short piece on possible victim of the Battle of Lewes (1264). The skeleton was buried separately in cemetery, rather than the mass grave on the battlefield (suggesting a possible noble?). Not quite Richard III, but very interesting. In other news, more skeletons have been found near the grave of the Scottish "knight" unearthed during March in Edinburgh: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-edinburgh-east-fife-22293782 . A story about the original burial (the "knight" himself) is at: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-edinburgh-east-fife-21762422 .
Yours Aye,
Lord Mungo Napier, The Archer of Mallard Lodge
