[MR] Water battle at Ruby Joust

The water battle is _for_ the youth of Atlantia.  If nobles of any age wish
to participate and ensure that the youth have a good time, please come out
to play!

I have it on good authority from Her Grace Brianna that the one at Pennsic
War was great fun for all involved, and she was certainly an active
participant (along with Her guards, as She was Queen at the time).  It is
our hope that we will bring that same kind of enjoyment to all who are
willing to come and play.

So, Lady Lorelei - while I have declined to answer the question that you
asked, I'll try to ensure that I answer what I think you wanted to know.
 By all means, please come out for the water battle.  Bring your weapons
and prepare to soak and be soaked!
