[MR] off topic.. FEMA is hireing reservists

I would not normally post something so off topic, but I know a lot of you may be unemployed or know someone else who is.. now, FEMA reservists are on call workers who only have health insurance when they are working and are only guaranteed 30 days a year of work.. but often work a lot more.  The pay is good, it's exciting, rewarding work making a real difference in helping disaster victims. I love it. But you have to be able to travel at a moment's notice for short to extended periods of time, which is why retirees work at it a lot or young, singles. The down side is the lack of benefits and you can go months without work.  Veterans get extra consideration.  FEMA does comply with the Americans with disabilities act.
