9:00 AM          Authorizations
 
10:00 – 12:00   Heavy/Rapier Fighting/Thrown Weapons
                          First Court to be held on fighting field
 
10:00 AM        A&S Display/Competition Set up
 
10:30-11:30 AM Children’s Activities
 
2:30 PM           Feast Begins – First & Second Courses
                    
3:30  PM          Court
            
4:00 PM           Entertainment/Social Time  
 
5:15 PM           Feast Resumes(Third & Fourth Courses) 
                                                                   
6:30 PM           Prepare Hall for Revel/Dancing
 
7:00 PM           Revel / Dancing / Fifth Course – Dessert Sideboard              
 
11:00 PM         Site Closes
