Maistresse Maaline Renard has served this kingdom as Clerk Signet for some time now. She faces growing challenges from her health issues and has decided to step down from this office. 

I wish to publicly acknowledge the tremendous amount of work she has done as Clerk Signet and thank her, deeply and sincerely, for her time and energies. I will miss working with this willing heart and bright personality. However she is making the correct decision for the College, the Kingdom, and, more importantly, for herself and her family.

So, now, I must put out a call for Letters of Interest for the Office of Clerk Signet of Atlantia. This officer is responsible for: 
  
Recording the court lists from Their Majesties and scroll status for each court.
Coordinating the production of scrolls requested by the Crown and assigning these scrolls to scribes.
Administering the production of scrolls and maintaining the accuracy of the backlog database.
Maintaining the list of scrolls that are complete and ensuring their delivery upon completion.
