This came over the FB wire (second hand copy-pasted to a friend's page) later in the evening:

"I'll post it again myself if you have questions contact me or any other staff member well be glad to help you out. Ok there is no plan to turn anyone away on 0 night this year.

"Here's the concern we on staff have and hopefully I explain it in simple manner.

"if 0 night keeps getting bigger and more folks showing up just for the party, there are concerns we won't have enough parking on the battlefield for everyone especially the land agents that need to be there. We also need to get more folks on hand to help out organizing that many people.

"if it keeps growing and we have more people than space on the battlefield then things are going to get complicated for everyone.

"(offical plans haven't been made but we will start looking into them I'm sure)

"I enjoy the 0 night party and honestly at this point its a tradition and pennsic wouldn't be the same.

"If you can get away with not coming on Friday please wait, If your riding, helping, or just insist on being there friday night. We'll see you then and make the best of it as it comes."

Pretty much corroborates my own observations.
